Shipping Info

All packages ship with the least expensive shipping option unless another shipping option has been selected. We ship all orders with USPS or UPS. Whenever possible, orders containing multiple items will be combined into a single box to save cost. Any shipping overage will be refunded once shipping label has been created. If multiple items are ordered, Items will ship at the same time and not as they are completed.

Processing Times

At this time, all items are made to order to maintain a lower inventory level to help with personalization options. Processing times will vary depending on the current demand level and how many items were ordered.

Buildings / Castles: 2-3 Weeks lead time

Remaining orders: 1-2 Week(s) lead time

Order Tracking

All orders ship with a tracking number which will be provided via email upon label creation. You can enter the tracking on the carriers website and receive up to date tracking information.

Cancellations

Standard orders can be cancelled anytime during the processing window. Custom orders can be cancelled for up to 72 hours from the time of order being placed.

Returns

Unused items can be returned for up to 5 days from the date of delivery. Send us an email and we will work with you to ensure a smooth return process. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and verified free of damage. Unfortunately, we do not refund initial shipping charges or return charges. We are not responsible for items lost during the return process.
